News on THE DARK KNIGHT RISES (Possible Spoilers)

For the upcoming November 24th issue of Empire magazine, there is A LOT of news revolving around The Dark Knight Rises. Yeah. I'm buying a copy. First off, I shall begin with the cover of the magazine. Empire has two different covers they'll be releasing: one of Batman and one of Bane. Both look fucking badass. Here they are, courtesy of Empire:

My first thought was: What exactly is that awesome thing Batman is holding and where can I get one?!  It may just be me, but it somewhat reminds me of the awesome stun-gun that Batman uses in Arkham City. Character Profiles for TINKER TAILOR SOLDIER SPY

God I can't wait for this fucking movie. Character posters have been revealed for the upcoming film Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. And I really just want this movie now. But I'll wait. I always will. The trailer is fantastic, the cast is just packed with names and amazing actors, and all anyone is hearing about the film from the festivals is that it's one of the best of the year. The movie is coming out in the U.S. December 9th, and if you're looking for the cast, well, just check out the character profiles after the jump.

New Trailers for THE MUPPETS and THIS MEANS WAR; Release Date for THE GREAT GATSBY

The Muppets is going to be amazing. All the parody trailers, the incredible cast, there's really nothing else I have to say. The newest trailer that's been released focuses on the actual plot of the story, and it's still just fantastic. I won't say anything else. Here it is.

First U.S. Trailer for Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy Released

A new trailer for Tomas Alfredson's (Let The Right One In) Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy has been released for the U.S. today. While this trailer pretty much just mashes up the clips from the previous two U.K. trailers, it doesn't make the movie look any less interesting. Reviews from Venice Film Festival are proving what I initially thought about the movie: that it's going to be a real true player come Oscar season. If this film is even half as good as the T.V. series starring Alec Guinness, then I'm pretty certain this may just be the best film of the year.

The cast of this film consists of Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Benedict Cumberbatch, Toby Jones, John Hurt, Mark Strong, Ciarán Hands...do you need any other reason to see it? If you do, then I'll post the premise of the movie up right now. The movie will be released December 9, 2011.
