Bunches of News for September 22nd
I have a lot to catch up on. If you think there was a decent amount of stuff going on the 21st, yesterday was just a massive amazing film news day. I'll give you tidbits of each relevant piece of information to me after the break.
Casey Affleck will play Angel Gabriel in the newest Alex Proyas (Dark City, The Crow) film, Paradise Lost. Also starring in this film are Bradley Cooper, Benjamin Walker, and Dijmon Hounsou.
Marvel News! Monsters director Patty Jenkins is in consideration to direct Thor 2. This would be an interesting change of pace, considering all Marvel movies have been directed by men. Also, the story for Thor 2 has been released by Marvel President Kevin Feige in an interview with EW.
[Thor 2 will] primarily be the journey of that character, of he and Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and how the new dynamic with his father is working out, as well as what are the broader stakes for The Nine Worlds.”
News on Captain America. Chris Evans has stated that Marvel will release the next movie sometime in 2014.
New trailer for the film Big Miracle. If I'll be honest with you, I probably really wouldn't care about this at all, but the film has a pretty solid cast that consists of John Krasinski, Drew Barrymore, Kristen Bell (VERONICA MARS FUCK YEAH), Tim Blake Nelson, Stephen Root, and Ted Danson.
